Are you ready to plunge?

I just arrived. What should I do first?

Lay of the land

Our two main areas are the gym and our recovery area. In the gym area you will find gym equipment, mats to stretch and our restroom. In our recovery area you will find our cold plunges, red light room, our lounge, and our sauna rooms. In the back of the studio our infrared sauna is located at the back right hand side.

How do I start my session?

You can begin your plunge or sauna session by entering the recovery area. Grab a towel on our wall or in our restroom. Feel free to lay your belongs on the couch in the lounge or on the benches located under the towel rack. Based on your session time we recommend splitting up the cold plunge for 2-5 minutes and then doing the sauna for 3x times the amount you are in the cold plunge for. Towels and water are in the common area if needed.

Can I use the sauna before or after plunging?

Yes! Many members enjoy alternating between cold plunge and sauna. After your sauna, please make sure to clean off before getting into the cold plunge. Also, remember to hydrate!

What should I do when I finish?

Place used towels in the bins provided. Make sure you leave the space tidy for the next guest.

I have not paid yet, what do i do?

On the wall in our recovery room there is a pricing board. For your session time scan the QR code on the back left hand side of the wall and choose your session time. If you are unable to pay with the QR code you can zelle: hello@coldplungeflorida.com or leave in cash your session amount due. The pricing is as follows: 15 min session - $30, 30 min session - $50 dollars, 60 min session - $90 dollars. If you have any questions please contact us below!

Quick Reminders

Respect the space — keep voices low and be mindful of other guests.

  1. Follow posted rules — clean off any sweat, skin/hair products/etc before using the cold plunge, limit plunge/sauna times to your session times, and stay safe.

  2. Use provided amenities responsibly — towels, water, and equipment are for guest use only.

  3. Clean up after yourself — place used towels in bins and leave the area tidy.

  4. Reach out if needed — our team will reconnect with you shortly if you contact us.

  5. Most importantly: enjoy your recovery session!

  • Start with a 2.5-minute cold plunge, warm up in the sauna for 10 minutes, then finish with a 2.5-minute plunge. Please wipe down sweat before and after use. Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and enjoy the recovery boost. See video for cold plunge tips!

  • Start with a 2–5 minute cold plunge, warm up in the sauna for 20–25 minutes, then finish with a 2–5 minute plunge. Please wipe down sweat before and after use. Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and enjoy the recovery boost. See video for cold plunge tips!

  • With a 60-minute session, you can complete two full rounds of the 30-minute protocol: 2–5 minute cold plunge → 20–25 minute sauna → 2–5 minute cold plunge. You also have the option to enjoy the recovery/red light room or the alternate infrared sauna in the back during your session. Please wipe down sweat before and after use.
