After this initial discussion, you'll proceed to sign agreements, establishing your commitment to our network. Upon payment of the franchise fee, we set an expedited timeline of 3-4 months for opening your franchise. Our turnkey system covers everything from facility design to operational setup, facilitated by our experienced team. Once we have a discovery call with you, we will gather the related documents to have you sign & verify intent. We will forward you a contract then our franchise team will do the rest from purchasing to stocking your rental unit!

Each territory is different but to start there is an initial (minimum) $50,000 franchise fee (per location - discounted at the territory level) which allows for a turn key investment with a 7.5x multiple. After this the yearly reoccurring franchise fee is 6% of gross sales and a 2% brand fee.
Start-Up Costs can vary from 60,000 to 100,000 depending on leases, equipments, and add-ons
So the all in estimated cost is just over $100,000 with an initial estimated payback period of 1 year.
