Cold Plunge + Sauna Truck Event Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between Cold Plunge Florida LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By completing the agreement form on the booking page, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Included in Standard Price

  • Cold Plunge (1 unit) – Cold exposure therapy for recovery and performance enhancement.

  • Infrared Sauna (1 unit) – Deep heat therapy to promote relaxation, detoxification, and circulation.

  • Compression Boots – Leg recovery system to improve circulation and reduce fatigue.

Important Notice: Ice is not included in the standard package. The Company will recommend the appropriate quantity of ice required based on guest count, session length, and event conditions. Ice packages may be purchased separately.

2. Add-On Services (Additional Fees Apply)

  • Additional Cold Plunge (beyond those provided in the standard package) – $499.99

  • Community Cold Plunge Tubs (per tub) – $399.99

  • Event Photo & Video Coverage – $249.99

  • Full Body Stretching (2 Hours, Unlimited) – $249.99

  • Full Body Stretching (4 Hours, Unlimited) – $449.99

  • Hydration Packs – $49.99

  • Ice Deluxe (2,000 lbs) – $399.99

  • Ice Premium (1,000 lbs) – $275.00

  • Ice Standard (500 lbs) – $149.99

  • Towel Service – $199.99

  • Workout Class – $299.99

3. Event Timing and Setup/Breakdown

  • The Agreement applies only to the Allotted Time Frame selected by the Client (e.g., 4 hours, 6 hours).

  • Setup and breakdown are included within the Allotted Time Frame. Example: For a 4-hour event, approximately 30–45 minutes at the beginning and end will be reserved for setup and breakdown.

  • The Company may, at its discretion and subject to availability, arrive earlier than the scheduled time to begin setup. However, early arrival is not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Venue Access: Adequate space for parking, setup, and safe operation of the Cold Plunge & Sauna Truck.

  • Utilities: Availability of power and a water source at the venue unless otherwise agreed.

If utilities are not available on-site, the Company may provide:

  • Power via generator, and/or

  • Water via portable tank,
    which may be subject to additional charges as determined by the Company.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. No cancellations are permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Cold Plunge Florida LLC.

  • In the case of inclement weather, the Client may request to reschedule the event to a future date, subject to availability and written approval by the Company.

6. Waiver of Liability

By reading this agreement, Client acknowledges and accepts the following:

  • Participation in cold plunge, sauna, and recovery services carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, dizziness, cardiovascular strain, and other unforeseen health effects.

  • Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring participants are medically cleared and capable of engaging in these activities.

  • Client hereby releases and holds harmless Cold Plunge Florida LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of participation in services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

  • Client further agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims brought by participants or third parties related to the event.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
